Mendocino coast retreat and virgin redwood ballroom
Carefully restored historic 1886 mansion with water tower on romantic half acre estate has a quiet 'country house' feeling, while it is nestled between charming walkable downtown Fort Bragg and the world-famous Glass Beach. Only one block from the Skunk Train Depot or the North Coast Brewing Company Taproom, and a short walk to the new Coastal Trail along stunningly gorgeous northern California headlands, and miles of pristine beaches and dunes.
The observation deck of our water tower is the high point in town - the water tower is probably even the highest building in Mendocino County, if you don't count light houses! Water tower guest rooms have a real 'getaway' feeling, ideal for romantic time or pure solitude. For honeymoons and writer's retreats,
rooms are offered at $1300 monthly rates + $200 utilities.
The unique virgin redwood ballroom is ideal for wedding ceremonies and receptions, elopements, vow renewals, parties, dances and concerts.
