Bed & Breakfast Rooms

All of our rooms are decorated in the high Victorian style, have a Queen size bed (King in Midsummer and Raven), private bath in the room, and come with the very full breakfast served in our ballroom. Prices are listed weekday/weekend.

First Floor Guest Rooms

	Tuscany Warm Mediterranean colors and intricate stenciling on the walls make this a favorite. A large gas fireplace completes the setting for comfort and romance. The rate is $150, Monday-Thursday, and $170 Friday-Sunday.
	Fountainbleu Decorated in French Style in deep blues and rich, dark Mahogany. The high bay in the corner of the room features three stained glass windows which look out onto the Victorian gardens and fountain. (2nd bed available) The rate is $130, Monday-Thursday, and $150 Friday-Sunday.
	Minuet British, regal, and elegant with elaborate English wallpapers in golds and reds on walls and ceiling. Painted grain wainscoting. Beautiful mantle over the wood-burning fireplace. (2nd bed available) The rate is $150, Monday-Thursday, and $170 Friday-Sunday.
	Karin's Room This room, in the delightful Swedish Art Nouveau style features a private entrance and bath. Hand-painted walls and bed make this an unforgettable room. Very appropriate for families with small children. (2nd bed available) The rate is $130, Monday-Thursday, and $150 Friday-Sunday.

Second Floor Guest Rooms

	Lotus Our Asian-inspired room. Stunning silk paintings on the walls. Large slipper tub out in the room on a slab of granite. Placid view of the pond and statues. In whites with grass mat wainscoting. The rate is $130, Monday-Thursday, and $150 Friday-Sunday.
	Tulip Late Victorian/Arts and Crafts decor. This is our largest room and also has a bay with three stained glass windows. Hand-painted tiles in the bath with a very large clawfoot tub/shower. Six windows provide a commanding view of the gardens. (2nd bed available) The rate is $160, Monday-Thursday, and $180 Friday-Sunday.
	Midsummer Our Swedish room! Decorated with antiques that have been in Eva's family for generations. Large room with King bed. Looks out over the gardens. Charming figured wallpaper in blues and gold. Large stained glass in the bath with claw foot tub/shower (2nd bed available) The rate is $160, Monday-Thursday, and $180 Friday-Sunday.
	Aqua Jacuzzi whirlpool bath for two. Stunning hand-painted murals on all four walls by a local artist. Large bath with hand-painted tiles and large Looks over the formal gardens. (2nd bed available) The rate is $170, Monday-Thursday, and $190 Friday-Sunday.

Tower Guest Rooms

	Raven Raven is on the second floor of the water tower. The room is in rich blue and redwood colors. It features a fireplace, Jacuzzi, King bed, refrigerator, and easy access to the hot tub on the fourth floor. The rate is $175, Monday-Thursday, and $195 Friday-Sunday.
	Heather Heather is on the third floor of the water tower. There is a commanding ocean view and easy access to the fourth floor hot tub. The room is in the high Victorian style and features a fireplace, private bath with shower, and queen bed. The rate is $165, Monday-Thursday, and $185 Friday-Sunday.

Room Policies

• Rates are for one or two adults per room.
• First night's stay charged at the time of reservation.
• If you cancel with at least 10 days notice, we will give a full refund, minus a $25 per room night service charge. If you cancel with less than 10 days notice, we will only refund your money (minus the $25/night charge) if we are able to re-rent the room.
• No pets please.
• No smoking (or $100 cleaning fee).
• Please let us know if you have any special dietary needs.
• Check in is between 3 PM and 7 PM or by special arrangement.
